Compared to Personnel Agencies who will charge you for the whole day, we will only charge you for the time we need to complete your job.
The below table of our rates should be considered as a guide only.
A minimum of 1 hour is invoiced, after which hourly rates will be billed in increments of 15min.
All jobs will be quoted individually and specific to your business needs.
Please be aware that quoting for transcription work is very difficult due to the fact that we have not heard the recording, but ONE recorded hour equates to 3-6 transcription hours.
Discounts are available for regular clients and for clients who would like to book our time for a prearranged number of hours each week or month.
Community groups, school, kindergarten, play groups and non profit organization are eligible for discount rates on some of our services.

A deposit may be required for large or complex tasks.
Postage costs for Bulk Mail and Mail Merge are additional and clients will be required to pay for these services in advance. These costs will be charged at the Post Office’s standard rates (subject to the weight of the items being posted).
